Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 9/9/25 - PTR Fairgrounds

OLD BUSINESS
 
 - Land owner agreement acquisitions have been assigned to members
       Tom has 2 agreements, need continued efforts by Don and John
       Kyle Anderson would like help with 45S.  Ike, Don, and John have agreements to work on.
        Ike mailed out 3 requests on Jan 6th.  Have received one signed agreement so far.
       John to contact Dave Corty and Rod Kleiss regarding their properties.
       New lists of agreements needed for all trails have been received from Suzy Tollander.

 Maintenance Items:
 - Change transmission oil and filter on tractor
 - Purchase new front tongue hydraulic cylinder for the leaking one on the drag (done)
 - Install a Battery Tender on the tractor (Tim Wood picked one up from Dennis Kirk)
 - Need to weld brush guard on tractor (Disconnect battery cables prior to)
 - Drag needs some welding and the cylinder lifting issue looked at.
 - Rear hydraulic issues on tractor.  (Hoping changing hydraulic fluid will help this)
 - Need 12'-14' hose for fuel barrel. Check with Al Melin.
 - Byers' Fuel Tank Maintenance - Fungus
 - Existing Black 2-Blade Drag: Need to see if we can get new rear pan from Siren.
           - Need to move into building and evaluate. Currently at Byers Farm.
 - Brusher Blades need to be sharpened

Trail Items:
 - John will email BRP Go for update on progress of accurate trail mapping. 
 - Plan to drag trails in the fall to level gopher mounds, especially 45N
 - More Posts for Crex
 - Remove divided trail on Crex

NEW BUSINESS
 
 - John to e-mail new land owner on Trail 119 about access.
 - Tractor and Drag maintenance to be done at Rick's.
 -
